his works has to do a lot with the nostalgic feeling he has toward his home, Korea-what cameras usually do to a lot of people. it takes pieces of memories and leaves evidences that the memories where not something that was fabricated by the mind but something real and true.
our brain is bad with keeping memories and i think camera is a device humans created
to cherish their memories, things they consider special, for a long period of time.
Instead of a camera, Do ho Suh does it in a different way
