Glenn Sloggett, Budgies, 2006I used to live across the road from where this last one was made, in the window of a 2-dollar shop. I've photographed it too, but could never have made it look as perverse as this.
A budgie is a lovely little coloured bird which flies around Australia and eats a lot of seeds. A budgie smuggler is what you might wear to the beach if you are a 50-something man and would like a nice tan on the back of your upper thighs.
